POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a Client-Relationship Manager, you will ensure a service of excellence to USAFrance Financials’ ever-growing 1000-large client-base. Mainly, you will assist the Director of Advanced Planning in the formulation of planning proposals, design illustrations, follow up with prospect and existing clients to smooth out the process from the planning & sales end of the process to the servicing end. You will also be the point of contact for selective clients regarding key logistical aspects of their financial plan, and in charge of ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. As the permanent liaison between USAFrance and its clientele, you will handle most customer service aspects of our financial planning practice and help maintain service quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- French Native Fluency
- Good command of English required
- Strong attention to detail/analytical skills
- Strong people & commercial skills
- Prior customer-service/sales experience preferred
- Willingness to learn new computer programs and systems
- Entrepreneur mindset & Ability to maneuver in a team environment
- Capacity to adapt to our business model and culture
